Our Half Pig/Pork box includes:

• 2 x Shoulder Joint (approx 2kg each)

• 2 x Leg Joint (approx 2kg each)

• 3 x Pork Chop packs (approx 1.2kg per pack)

• 3 x Belly Pork (approx 1kg each)

• 4 x 500g Dry Cured Back Bacon (contains nitrates)

• 1 x 500g Dry Cured Streaky Bacon (contains nitrates)

• 8 x Gammon Steaks (in packs of 2) (contains nitrates)

• 1 x 500g Diced Pork

• 2 x 500g Minced Pork

• 24 x Pork Sausages (4x6) (contains gluten and sulphites)

• 24 x Cumberland Sausages (4x6) (contains gluten and sulphites)

• 1 x 1kg Pork Loin Joint

• 2 x 500g Pig Liver

• 2x Pig Trotters

• 1 x Pig Heart

• 1 x Pork Cheek

• 1 x Pig Kidney

Total weight for the box will be approximately 30kg. Orders are sent out weekly on a Wednesday, to arrive Thursday. You can select which delivery week you would like at checkout. Please note that the cured items in the box will be from a different pig due to the curing process timescale. This will be sent in 2 boxes.
