Rolled, boneless shoulder OR leg joint (approx 2kg)

Rolled, boneless loin joint (approx 1kg)

Belly pork (approx 1kg)

1 x 500g dry cured back bacon contains nitrates

1 x 500g dry cured streaky bacon contains nitrates

2x gammon steaks contains nitrates

6 Pork sausages contains gluten and sulphites 

6 Cumberland sausages contains gluten and sulphites 

All our pigs are native, slow-growing breeds, this helps to give the meat more flavour.
