Our beef short ribs are left on the bone for maximum flavour. All our beef is from native, slow growing breeds such as Belted Galloway, Hereford and Aberdeen Angus. They come in approx 1.5kg portions.
We do one delivery per week and have a minimum order of £65. Delivery is free across mainland UK and different delivery weeks are available at checkout.
We use a small local family run abattoir and butcher to prepare the meat for us
